About Center

INNOTECO operates an internal Report Center to foster an ethical and transparent corporate culture. Employees and stakeholders can safely report any misconduct or unethical behavior, and all whistleblowers are fully protected.

Reporting scope

Acceptance of money, gifts, entertainments or improper solicitations / Receipt of undue benefits related to job duties / Leakage of internal information and infringement of intellectual property rights / Workplace bullying, discrimination, or sexual harassment / Conflicts of interest and unfair personnel or recruitment practices / Unfair trade practices or abuse of partner companies / Any other violations of the Code of Ethics

Whistleblower protection policy
  • The identity of whistleblowers is strictly protected, and anonymous reporting is also accepted.
  • Whistleblowers will not face any disadvantage as a result of their reports, and any retaliatory actions will be dealt with severely.
